This weeks “Thinking” was gifted to us by Kolby L.  a newly hired young worker describing the workplace culture and her first few days on the job.  She says she loves the team and how they made her feel welcomed immediately and a part of their crew right away.  She went on further to say that in the lunch room their was a sign posted (below), and it made her Proud to work there. Makes us at WorkBC think about how important it is to create leaders who know the power of human relationships and that a simple warm welcome in those first few days are Pricele$$!!!
