OFA Level 3 Re-certification: If you have a current OFA 3 ticket that is going to expire soon, call us to add your name to a list of interested students for recertification. This is a 5 day training course with a 6th day for examination. We are tentatively planning near the end of February.
Foodsafe Level 1: A 1 day course suitable for anyone entering food service industry. We are gathering names to add to a current list of students. Looking for an ideal class of 8 people so if you are interested call our office to add your name to this list. February offering – Monday or Friday schedule.

We are happy to announce that the Matrix Youth Employment Program has been renewed by the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism & Skills Training, for an additional year. 2017 will see 2 sessions of employment programming and FREE certifications for industry bound job seekers and hospitality/service bound job seekers. Watch for details about intake, start dates coming in early 2017 or call the Princeton Skills Centre to inquire about your eligibility for this effective and exciting program.
